Garden Update Totals of produce 2011 season so far:

 

Summer Squash = 364        Winter Squash = 140                             Cabbage = 227

Eggplant = 157                        Pumpkins = 17                                         Beans = 37 bushels

Lettuce = 5 ½ bushels          Hot Peppers = 3 ½ bushels                 Green Peppers = 11 ½ bushels

Broccoli = 24 ½ bushels      Tomatoes = 41 bushels                         Turnip greens = 6 bushel

Green onions = 9 bushels    Cucumbers = 27 bushels                       Turnips = 8 bushels

Beets = 2 bushels                   Spinach = 1 bushels                               Corn = 106 dozen

 

This is a lot of produce and to my knowledge nothing went to waste that was picked. We would like to thank everyone again for their effort and support. Pray for our efforts next year that it might again meet with much success.
